   Daddy,It’s been along time, and I have been thinking of you lately. I’m still here and your still warm in my heart. I really miss you and I long to hear your voice. You would be so proud of your grandchildren – all A students and advancing fast in TaeKwondo, Mark is already a purple belt, Melinda and Michael have advanced to Green belts and they all placed with trophies at their last tournament in Wisconsin. They are headed to Nationals in October.

    To My Uncle Eddie

    From what i know about my uncle he was a man full of love and lots of energy, there was nothing that could not be conquered. The last time i saw uncle eddie was at our family reunion in the big island. He didnt physically look like my uncle eddie because he was already sick but he sure had the same spirit that i remember, always laughing, always happy and always looking for trouble. I can just emagine that he is in heaven playing cards with papa, grandma, and aunty kaapuni. Papa and grandma still grumbling and uncle eddie and aunty kaapuni laughing it up. Well Uncle may your love shine down on us now, and May you rest in peace.Thank you God that my Uncle is no longer suffering.

    Dad as I sit here and watch the dedication I am saddened but happy you are in a better place. No matter what I will always Love You and I will miss not talking to you on the phone, because we are soooooo far apart, I wish things could have been different but in life you have ONE DAD you were mine.     Our Blessings

    Eddie Boy, I have been so privledged to have known you and to have been your cousin. My one regret is that we grew so far apart when our mothers died. At least you’ll be able to join them and I know that it will be a party of the century. I am glad that I got to see you at the family reuinion and spend time with you. I don’t know why we wit so long to stay in touch, but I am thankful that we did see you as well as your kids and your grandchildren. I can only remember good things about our lives growing up together and I will cherish those memories. Please give our love to all the kahili family especially my mom.
