Remy T. De Castro

Remigio Tambongeo DeCastro, born April 24, 1938 in Manila, Philippines, passed away on April 10, 2000 in Los Angeles, California.

Remy DeCastro was born and raised in Morong Rizal, Philippines. He graduated high school at Morong Rizal High School in 1954. He was an auto mechanic by trade. He was third to the oldest of a big family of four brothers and two sisters. He was sociable and likes to be around people. He likes sports especially basketball and boxing. His favorite basketball team was “The La Lakers.” He enjoys going to Laughlin, Nevada with his wife and family. He also likes fixing old cars in his spare time. At the end of his life, he humbled himself and received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior while he was on his sickbed – now he has gone home with the Lord to be with him forever in Heaven.

Remigio is survived by his wife, Erlinda DeCastro and his three sons, Ron, Jerry and Rodel DeCastro.
