In celebration of legendary actor\u00a0<strong>Franco Nero\u00a0<\/strong>receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, we present a screening of\u00a0<strong>\u00abSilent Life,\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0in which Nero\u00a0<strong>plays the soul of Valentino<\/strong>, giving voice to the silent icon. Franco Nero will be in attendance to introduce the film and participate in a Q&amp;A.<\/p>\n<p>This event honors the\u00a0<strong>100th anniversary of Rudolph Valentino<\/strong>, who rests here at Hollywood Forever. Nero, who first portrayed Valentino on screen in 1975, now returns to embody his spirit anew\u2014a poignant passing of the torch across a century of Hollywood history.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Film<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00ab<em>SILENT LIFE: The Story of the Lady in Black<\/em>\u00bb stars\u00a0<strong>Terry Moore, Isabella Rossellini, Franco Nero, Sherilyn Fenn, Paul Rodriguez, Jeff DuJardin, Monte Markham, and Natalia Dar<\/strong>. More than a traditional biopic, it is a\u00a0<strong>hybrid of fantasy and documentary<\/strong>, weaving together color and black\u2011and\u2011white imagery to explore the myth of Valentino.<br \/>\n<strong>Academy Award nominee Terry Moore<\/strong>\u00a0plays the \u201cLady in Black,\u201d breaking records as the\u00a0<strong>oldest leading actress in the world<\/strong>\u00a0to complete a principal role at age 94.<br \/>\nThe film premiered at the\u00a0<strong>Sedona International Film Festival 2023<\/strong>, winning the\u00a0<strong>Best Indie\u2011Spirit Award<\/strong>\u00a0and earning glowing praise from critics and audiences.
